REFUND POLICY

All rates quoted or shown in Atlantix Travel tariffs are based on current prices and are subject to change without notice, government taxes or any such cost increase that is beyond Atlantix Travel control. If an incorrect price has been posted in error, Atlantix Travel reserves the right to refuse, cancel, amend or limit any order placed at the incorrect price. Atlantix Travel reserves the right to notify Customer of any increase to prices already published in Atlantix Travel price lists, brochures or website. Any eventual changes in rates will not be made without at least four weeks’ notice.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

If cancelled or modified up to 15 days before scheduled tour arrival date, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified less than 15 days, 20 percent of the scheduled tour will be charged. If cancelled or modified less than 10 days, 50 percent of the scheduled tour will be charged. If cancelled or modified less than 72 hours, 100 percent of scheduled tour will be charged. In case of no-show the total price of the scheduled tour will be charged. All reservations in general must be guaranteed by a valid credit card. Prepayment: The total price of the reservation may be charged anytime after booking. All cancellations must be sent to Atlantix Travel in writing by e-mail ( info@atlantixtravel.com )
